At Known Stranger Investigations, LLC, we specialize in non-criminal missing person cases, such as Runaways, Suicidal Persons, and Lost People with Dementia/Alzheimer’s.  We are aware that many people listed as missing, left on their own free will, which is not a crime.  Our Investigative Services can help in your search of a loved one if law enforcement has limited time or manpower.  We can be a secondary source of assistance in Physical Searches working day or night in collaboration with law enforcement.  We will contact friends, family members, neighbors, and co-workers of the person listed as missing.  It will be asked that they inform the person listed as missing to call us.  The goal is for the person listed as missing, Known Stranger Investigations, and law enforcement to meet in person to ensure removal of the person’s name from the missing person’s database. 

Even though we are paid by the client, are attention is primarily focused on the welfare, safety, and privacy of the person (if 18-years-old or older) listed as missing.  We take pride in selective missing poster creation and dissemination. 

Poster dissemination is primarily used for and Lost People with Dementia/Alzheimer’s and Cold Cases.  If your missing person’s case is older than a year, we can review the case from the start with a new set of eyes.  Furthermore, we can apply new search techniques and conduct searches as outlined in recent studies.
